Melba, developed by Paris-based FoodMeUp, is a modular application for recipe management, costing and allergens, production planning, stock and supplier orders, and traceability records. It is used by restaurants, central and dark kitchens, caterers and bakeries, with customer logos including Wagamama, Itsu, Leon, Nando's and Pret A Manger. Data is hosted in the EU.
