Bar.on, spun out of ten years of beer research with Prof. Kevin Verstrepen's VIB/KU Leuven lab, built the world's first molecular beer printer. The OneTap combines flavour cartridges, tap water, carbonation and neutral alcohol to pour different beer styles in seconds, with adjustable bitterness, fruitiness and alcohol content down to 0.0%.
