bimetrics is a German AI bookkeeping tool with a dedicated edition for restaurants and cafés. It reads supplier invoices with AI text recognition (up to 100 documents at once), matches them against transactions from 3,500+ banks, PayPal and Stripe, handles XRechnung and ZUGFeRD e-invoices, and exports to DATEV for the tax adviser. Booking rules can be written in plain language and executed by AI agents.
Our reading. Best for German cafés and small restaurants that want to pre-book their own accounts cheaply before the Steuerberater takes over.
