Photo-to-P&L cost control for restaurants
Haddock is a financial-management app for restaurants that digitises supplier invoices and delivery notes from a photo, PDF or email and turns them into live food-cost, margin and P&L figures. Recipe costs update automatically with each new purchase price and the app alerts the operator when a supplier raises prices. It is used by independent restaurants and small groups in Spain and Portugal, with POS connections for sales data and AI agents that handle routine bookkeeping tasks.
