WhatsApp-first AI reservation assistant for Austrian restaurants
Butlery, launched as Tablely, lets guests book a table by messaging a restaurant's WhatsApp number; an AI answers questions, records the reservation and sends reminders 24 and 2 hours before the visit. Bookings from WhatsApp, an online booking page and walk-ins land in one dashboard with a table timeline, and a weather alert flags terrace bookings when rain is forecast. A phone AI is in development. The product is built and run by a single founder in East Tyrol.
Our reading. Best for small Austrian restaurants without a reservation system that want bookings handled over WhatsApp for a flat fee, and accept a very young vendor.
