Workfeed is a Danish scheduling app aimed at cafés, restaurants, shops and other small businesses with hourly employees. It offers drag-and-drop rosters, availability, time clock, auto-scheduling and AI-based demand forecasting on higher tiers. The company raised a €1.5M seed round in 2022 from Basecamp co-founder David Heinemeier Hansson and Vivino founder Heini Zachariassen.
Our reading. Best for small cafés, shops and restaurants in the Nordics and Germany that want a free or very cheap scheduling app and do not need deep HR or payroll features.
