YouMeal
Recipe data engine for allergens, Nutri-Score and CO2
YouMeal is a web platform that cleans and reconciles ingredient data from multiple supplier sources with machine learning, then computes allergens, nutritional values, Nutri-Score and environmental footprint for every recipe. Caterers and restaurant chains use it to stay compliant with EU food-information rules and to display health and climate data per dish. Users include Compass Group Belgium, Lunch Garden and UCLouvain's dining facilities.
