Acrelec
Self-order kiosks and digital signage for QSR chains
Acrelec designs and manufactures self-ordering kiosks (K22, K27, outdoor), self-checkout units, digital menu boards and drive-thru timing tools for large quick-service restaurant and retail chains. Its customers include McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Starbucks, Carrefour and Walmart. Headquartered near Paris with a US office in Chicago, the company has been controlled by Japan's Glory since 2018, which acquired the remaining shares in December 2025.
Our reading. Best for large quick-service and retail chains running multi-country kiosk and drive-thru rollouts; not an option for independent restaurants.
