Just Eat Takeaway.com is the Dutch-headquartered group behind Thuisbezorgd, Lieferando, Just Eat and other national food-ordering brands. In 2025 the group agreed to be acquired by Amsterdam-listed Prosus.

Prosus plans to invest in AI-driven logistics and personalisation, which affects restaurants using Just Eat, Takeaway.com, Lieferando and Thuisbezorgd.
