Regusto
Blockchain-tracked marketplace for donating or selling surplus stock
Regusto is a B2B platform on which retailers, producers, hotels and restaurants list surplus food and non-food items that charities reserve with virtual credits, either for free or at symbolic prices. Every transfer is recorded on a blockchain so the company can claim Italian tax deductions for donations and obtain certified ESG impact indicators. More than 700 companies and 750 charities use it, moving over 400 tonnes a month.
Our reading. Best for Italian retailers, producers and hospitality groups that want a no-cost, documented way to turn unsellable stock into tax-deductible donations.
