Etiquettable
Eco-calculator that puts carbon and Nutri-Score labels on restaurant dishes
Etiquettable is a web tool from Paris consultancy ECO2 Initiative that scores each recipe on carbon footprint, Nutri-Score, allergens, seasonality and local sourcing, using ADEME, Agribalyse, ANSES and CIQUAL data. Restaurants and caterers use it to display an eco-score on menus and to steer recipe changes; users include Sodexo, Elior, CROUS and independent restaurants.
Our reading. Best for French restaurants and caterers that want a defensible, public-data eco-score on their menu with consulting support behind it.
