HappyOrNot
Four-smiley feedback terminals measuring satisfaction at the exit or counter
HappyOrNot makes battery-powered terminals and touch kiosks with four smiley buttons, placed at store exits, counters or restrooms, plus QR or web variants, feeding a dashboard with hourly satisfaction and benchmark data. It is used by retailers, airports, restaurants and public services including IKEA and Heathrow. Verdane took majority ownership in August 2026.
