Qmatic
Queue management, appointments and virtual tickets for stores with counters
Qmatic sells queue-management systems that combine ticket kiosks, counter displays, mobile virtual tickets and appointment booking, with reporting on waiting and service times. Retail users are typically pharmacies, telecom and bank branches, opticians and large-format stores. The company was sold by Altor to Canadian software group Valsoft in 2025 and keeps its headquarters in Mölndal.
Our reading. Best for pharmacy, telecom, optician or bank branch networks with counters and measurable waiting times.
